Windows 10 Education AMA (Late...) - Windows Analytics

Sorry I'm late. I was just reading through the AMA and thought of a question...

Are there any plans to make the free Windows Analytics OMS solutions more easily accessible to K12 schools? We don't have the ability to use them as we have no Azure subscription. We also can't signup for a free / pay-as-you-go subscription as we are unable to use credit cards on purchases.
